“We use machine learning and sophisticated signal processing to develop diagnostic algorithms that aid in identifying patients with coronary artery disease, pulmonary hypertension, and heart failure,” says Tim Attebery, board member at CorVista Health.

The patented CorVista System consists of a capture device and its innovative cloud-based CorVista Analyzer, where mathematical calculations are performed on patient data, and proprietary machine-learned algorithms generate results on the presence of cardiovascular disease.

By placing seven electrodes on the patient’s chest and back, as well as a photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor on the index finger, the device efficiently collects crucial cardiovascular data within three minutes. This data is then analyzed by the CorVista Analyzer applying machine learning algorithms to identify specific cardiovascular conditions.

CorVista Health also operates at the forefront of continuous technological advancements, continuously striving to enhance its platform. Currently it is developing a phono cardiographic sensor to effectively capture and interpret the heart’s audio signals. This innovative prototype is set to be incorporated into the company’s product line, further enhancing CorVista’s platform’s diagnostic capabilities for conditions such as aortic stenosis and cardiomyopathy.

The data is then processed at CorVista Health’s independent diagnostic testing facility. In short order, physicians may securely access the findings to determine the optimal treatment pathway.
