The beginning of the epidemic coincided with the traditional Chinese Spring Festival. Facing the sudden increase in clinical demand in hospitals, Micomme was quick to respond to the call. Non-invasive ventilators and HFNC devices provide patients with necessary respiratory support and maintain their blood oxygen levels which are the first treatment methods recommended by the expert team. “Our equipments has made outstanding contributions to China’s anti-epidemic work,” said Dai Zheng. “After this fight against the epidemic, we have received thank-you letters and recommendations from the State Council, the National Health Commission, and the Hunan Provincial Government. When there was an international breakout of COVID-19, WHO and related associations announced guidelines to recommend HFNC devices, which led to international embassies reaching out to Micomme Medical. Micomme exported the devices to countries from Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Africa, installing more than 10,000 devices (excluding China) and continue to help the world fight against COVID-19.
