RQM+ hires Margaret Keegan as the new CEO.

Keegan succeeds co-founder Maria Fagan, who is retiring and will serve as vice-chair of the company's board of directors.

Keegan has over three decades of executive experience in the world's largest life sciences service providers, including PPD, IQVIA, and most recently, PRA Health Sciences, where she served as chief operating officer.
Margaret served as chair of CDISC, the global authority on clinical data and interoperability standards for life sciences and healthcare, and serves on the organization's board of directors.
Before joining RQM+, she was the chief operating officer of PRA Health Sciences (now ICON), one of the world's largest public contract research firms and a pioneer of digital research methods. Keegan previously served as president of clinical development for IQVIA, the world's leading healthcare data science company, where she was responsible for the clinical development business's delivery and growth. She also served as president of IQVIA's data security, regulatory, biostatistics, and data management divisions. She is a mathematician with a bachelor's degree in pure and applied mathematics from Strathclyde University and a chartered statistician.
