OmniVision Technologies has released new boards that can pair with catheters and endoscope sensors.
FREMONT, CA: OmniVision Technologies has rolled out its new boards that are based on OH0120 and OH0130 ASIC. These newly released boards would pair with state of the art and best quality medical image sensors to combine efficiently into endoscopy and catheters as well. The high performing new boards form the newest addition to the suite of OVMed medical image signal processor (ISP) offerings of OmniVision Technologies.

The company has developed OH0120 to provide a highly inexpensive, latest, innovative, a unique feature that is even compatible with the board through the option of HDMI connectivity; the support for LCD screen and external USB memory card and storage through it is also enabled. Further, yet another development by OmniVision Technologies, OH0130, facilitates the integration of the company’s all the medical image sensors such as HD and those of the analog as well. OH0130 allows the customers to dive deep into HD imaging fully without the need to redesign the ISP system.
