Sansure Biotech Inc. is an in vitro diagnostic solution provider with its own original gene technology at its core, integrating diagnostic reagents, tools, and independent clinic laboratory services. The company, which is headquartered in Changsha, has established subsidiaries or affiliates in over 20 cities, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing, and Xi’an, to create a production base for precise and intelligent molecular diagnostic systems and an important worldwide hub. The company has created a number of internationally leading core technologies as well as over 400 items with improved performance both at home and abroad. All of the new technologies and products have helped the domestic industry catch up to the international advanced level, and it is now breaking the import monopoly and promoting the application of gene technology in medical institutions from individual departments to multiple departments, from high-end laboratories in large hospitals to all levels of hospitals, including primary medical institutions, and from a few fields to all scenarios.

Sansure was one of the first firms to produce a range of scientific and technology anti-epidemic goods, including as novel nucleic acid detection reagents and quick detection instruments, during the early stages of the COVID pandemic. Sansure’s “One-Tube Fast Release Technology“ is the world’s leading PCR detection technology in the industry. Sansure’s patent nucleic acid release technology can quickly lyse pathogens at room temperature, without the need for heating, centrifuging, or replacing tubes. Sample DNA/RNA can be extracted quickly through simple operations, combining with an efficient amplification system, to achieve high sensitivity and wide linear range RT-PCR detection with good reproducibility, strong anti-interference ability, and multiple genotype coverage.

Another technology is the Sansure’s new generation “Advanced Magnetic Beads Technology” uses exclusive modified super-paramagnetic nano-beads to absorb sample DNA/RNA, requiring only a single step of washing to obtain high purity nucleic acid.

This is combined with the “DNA/ RNA elution-free” technology and an efficient amplification system to achieve DNA/RNA amplification detection with magnetic beads.

With good reproducibility, strong anti-interference ability, and multiple genotype coverage, it can achieve high sensitivity and wide linear range PCR detection.

Sansure has independently created and upgraded “Multiplex fluorescent PCR-amplification technology” from the features of amplification reaction buffer system and probe labelling technology, among other things, based on the traditional fluorescence PCR equipment. This technology was effectively integrated with the TaqMan probe’s sensing technology melting curve.

It also overcomes the limitation of single-target detection in a single channel, allowing for the simultaneous detection and analysis of at least two targeted targets in the monochromatic fluorescent channel, detection of at least eight targets in one reaction tube, and rapid and accurate identification and diagnosis of multiple pathogens.



Sansure integrates “one-tube fast release technology” and “rapid PCR amplification technology” into an advanced portable mobile molecular detection workstation that further optimises sample processing, nucleic acid extraction and purification, PCR amplification, fluorescence detection, and result processing modules. This system greatly reduces detection time to only 8-45 minutes while maintaining high mobility and adaptability. It breaks through the limits of the experimental site and complex instruments and has a wide range of application scenarios.
